At the age of five, Tricia Allen kept her little sister up nights spinning tales of orphans who lived under a theater. With THE CHILDREN UNDER THE PLAYHOUSE, her first juvenile historical mystery, she breathes new life into her stories for today's young generation. She also has authored two mystery novels for grown-ups - see below. A former teacher, editor and copywriter, Tricia now divides her time between writing fiction and scouting estate sales for goodies to fill her antique booths. She lives in Dallas.
